teams - General information

Teams are formed based on age, ability and commitment. The player's age must be within the age group through Aug. 31 following the season.  NH Seacoast Juniors' age groups are 18 & Under, 16 & Under, 14 & Under, and 12 & Under.

2009/10 Teams:

2009/2010 teams:

There are two levels of play for the 18, 16 and 14 and under levels: Open & Club

Open:  Structured for players who are dedicated to further advancement and would like to continue playing in college. Tournaments require overnight stays and some school absences.  Games are played in the greater New England region as well as at national venues.  (*** Costs for these trips are included in the prices listed below***) Practice is scheduled 2-3 times a week, and although quality instruction and practice time are shared among all girls on a team, game time is not guaranteed.

Club:  For players who would like to further advance their skills and/or the elite level commitment is prohibitive. Tournaments are in the greater New England region, and there is 1 practice each week.

12s:  Teams practice or play once a week, with travel usually limited to the northern New England region.

• practice time
• coaches salaries
• full uniforms (U18 & U16- game shirts, spandex, warm-ups, bags and footwear; U12 & U14- game shirts, spandex, and footwear)
• tournament entry fees
• 18-1 & 16-1- cost includes 16 sessions at Rehab 3 Center for Athletes
